Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us here at Thirty Kingston.

We do our very best to ensure  rigid quality assurance programs are in place with our partners, but If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products you have received please get in touch with us within 10 days of receiving the product.

Please quote your Order Number and explain the nature of the issue. Please attach any supporting photos showing what/where the issue is. Where possible, please include a picture of the whole item.

We will then do our best to arrange a replacement item where possible.

Can I get a refund?

Since all items are made to order, we do not cover cases of buyer remorse. It is therefore very important that you take time to consider design choice and more importantly sizing. Size charts are included on all product pages, but if you have any concerns or questions about sizing then please reach out to us at: info@thirtykingston.com

If you decide to cancel the order within 12 hours of placing it, we will arrange a full refund.
