How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All of our items are made to order. Production and delivery commences once we have processed the order. On average the start to finish process is between 4 – 8 days depending on product ordered and delivery location. There may be times and/or locations where deliveries may be impacted beyond our control. We will always do our best to advise when we detects such circumstances.
Incorrect Address
Occasionally we will have items returned to us that could not be delivered. More often than not, this is due to an incorrect or incomplete address being entered. If we detect this has happened we will contact you to identify what the correct address should be. There may be circumstances where an extra postal cost may be incurred depending on circumstances.
If you realise quickly enough that an incorrect address has been entered, then please advise us at: sales@thirtykingston.com so that we can intervene before the order is dispatched,

I chose the wrong size - what now?
All of our products are made to order, so unfortunately we cannot replace an item or offer a refund where the sizing is incorrect. For this reason we strongly encourage customers to place close attention to the sizing charts included on all product pages. If there are still doubts customers should contact us at: sales@thirtykingston.com and we will make some recommendations.
As we are always keen for our customers to have a satisfactory outcome, please contact us if you have a sizing issue.
Do you offer Express Post
In order to make our products an attractive proposition for customers, all products include Free Standard Shipping. As such we do not automatically include Express Post options. However, we understand from time to time there may be an urgent requirement, so please contact us at sales@thirtykingston.com in such cases and we will assist where possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted in addition to both Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What sizes are available
For most T-Shirt, Hoodie and Sweater products we offer as standard:
S, M, L, XL, XXL
However we are trying to be size inclusive where ever possible so many products will also have additional options.
